Step 3:

  • We will conduct a manual underwriting of the application before we send it to the funding sources to identify and eliminate any Red Flags on the file (this will decrease chances of denial)

 

Step 4:

  • Once file is complete, we will deliver to the funding source that meets your criteria

 

Step 5:

  • Approval from funding source

 

Step 6:

  • Documents will go out to you with instructions for signing

 

Step 7:
